Kseniya Bulat
LSW
Licensed Social Worker
As an internationally licensed Social Worker with 10 years of experience, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. In therapy, you deserve to express yourself freely—without fear of shame or dismissal. My goal is to empower you as we work together to navigate life’s challenges.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Canada and have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young adults with special needs, survivors of motor vehicle accidents, and individuals in long-term care. Throughout my career, I’ve also provided individual and couples counseling in various organizational settings.

I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, SFT, TIC, and EMDR. My client-centered and strength-based approach focuses on meeting you where you are. I specialize in working with mood and personality disorders, relationship difficulties, gender and identity concerns, and complex trauma.

Each individual is unique, and I tailor my approach to your specific needs and goals. I believe in the inherent strength within everyone and view my role as supporting you in uncovering and building upon that strength while collaboratively addressing the challenges you face.
